Job Description
HR role
- Developing and implementing human resources policies.
- Supporting strategic objectives.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Design and managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
- Motivating and supporting current staff.
- Maintaining staff records.
- Handling employee benefits.
- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions and educate or standardize form.
- Designing and directing training programs.
- Maintain office facility and assets and supervise the safety agency under the relevant laws.
- Office contribution arrangement and supervise routine and non-routine office purchase such as pantry and stationery stock.
- Maintain all office legal and permit document, dealing and liaise with related external party.
- Supervise and coordinate GA team member and messenger.
- Expat matter: Maintain all expat stuff such as permit, car and driver, housing, children school, language course, other expat facility.
- Business Trip arrangement.
- Maintain non-employee administration such as freelance, non-staff, outsource driver.
- Others: Such as COVID-19 pandemic related procedure, office schedule, procedure, data collection, WFH requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or in human resources management will be advantages.
- At least 10 years in Human Resources and General Affair roll and over 5 years in management level.
- Excellent communication skills. Good communication in English.
- Highly organized and superior interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong people skills and have good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Having good knowledge and experience in safety and security.
- Computer literacy with good HR and ERP system.
- Experience in working in factory environment is advantages.
