IC and Advanced Packaging Test Engineering Head (Manager/Sr. Manager level)
 
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, manage, grow, and scale the formed Integrated Circuit (IC) and Advanced  Packaging (MEMs sensors) Test Engineering team included the skilled technicians to support the fast growing production and company direction.
• Provide expertise, direction for testing frameworks, test tools, and methodologies for embedded systems and software, while fostering continuous innovation and development.
• Partner with key stakeholders internally and customer externally and collaborate cross-functionally to understand the expectations and create tests based on requirements and design, define tools, and process for velocity, quality, and predictability, and create synergy in testing while leveraging skills and expertise to scale IC and Advanced Packaging devices testing.
• Own, define, and drive testing strategy to support business requirements and to enhance the products quality and performance.

QUALIFICATION

• 10 years of experience in IC and Advanced Packaging devices testing, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, understand the test equipment, and debugging.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership and people management team leadership role.
• Experience with IC and Advanced Packaging devices test automation, system test design, embedded systems, and semiconductor devices characteristics.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of IC and MEMs sensors products and related manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong coaching skill and ability to foster team development.
• Great organizational skills, with the ability to translate high-level goals into concrete plans and roadmaps.
• Ability to summarize technical issues and communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in English literacy, good communication and presentation skills.
