SAP Functional Specialist

Job Description

Job Summary:

• Good understanding of SAP S4/Hana applications, system development life cycle
• Experience in one or more of the following modules preferred: MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, WM, QM.
• Ability to understand and resolve complex issues

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 
• Ability to analyze daily incidents, issues and identify the root cause and provide solutions to end-users.
• Provide support for various SAP modules including configuration and enhancement requests from the end-users.
• Analyze user requirements, evaluate business needs and determine SAP system customizing.
• Drive design meetings, identify scope and design solutions; present process design and seek approval from business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and provide direction to application developers.
• Facilitate meetings, conduct and lead presentations for testing and/or training sessions for end-users, prepare training material and provide user manuals as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of functional SAP experience.  
• Experience in one or more of the following modules preferred: MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, WM, QM.
• Experience in business manufacturing industry 
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in simplified manner to end-users.
• Good command of English speaking and writing
