Optics Engineering Sr.Manager/Director
 
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plans and directs all aspects of engineering activities and projects related to the Optics products within an organization.
• Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives.
• Utilizes best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives.
• Create and maintain an organizational culture, which encourages innovation, collaboration, excitement/commitment and a sense of urgency toward goals, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and control the team of process, product, test, and equipment engineers included technicians to support day-to-day engineering issues and support operation team running the production at best productivity.
• Drive team to analyze production yield and provide the improvement plans.
• Responsible for company representative discuss with internal and external customers.
• Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the organization and develops procedures/plans to achieve the goals.

 
QUALIFICATION

• 15 years of experiences in Optical products manufacturing and engineering, included the product design on module and component levels.
• 10 years of experience in a technical leadership and people management team leadership role.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Optical products and related manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong coaching skill and ability to foster team development.
• Great organizational skills, with the ability to translate high-level goals into concrete plans and roadmaps.
• Ability to summarize technical issues and communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in English literacy, good communication and presentation skills.
